These could include (but are not limited to):Personal HygieneAmbulation/TransfersDressing/ShavingPrepares meals and snacks according to instructionsAccompany patient on errands or medical appointmentsPerforms light housekeeping activitiesPerforms patient-specific activities that are taught by a Right at Home nurse. These could include (but are not limited to):Providing hospice supportive careMedication remindersAssisting with the prescribed range of motion exercisesAssisting with blood glucose monitoringCare of bed-bound patientsIncontinence careUse lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer liftsPreferred Experience in:Hoyer liftPersonal careRange of Motion ExercisesFoley careCompanionshipLight cleaningCompensation: $11.00 - $13.00 per hourRight at Home's mission is simple...to improve the quality of life for those we serve.
