Job Summary The

Revenue Assurance Specialist

is a key member of the Business Process group within ARG. Our role is to ensure that booked sales become realized revenue in an accurate and timely manner. The health of our business depends on the ability to collect the commissions owed by our Provider partners. We reconcile statements and payments from more than 100 organizations monthly. The Revenue Assurance Specialist will use dashboards and reports in Salesforce to manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, as well as open and manage cases for commissions collection. An important part of the role is working toward deadlines and understanding organizational priorities, as well as communicating effectively with internal and external parties. Essential Functions: Process monthly commissions statements from our provider partners, audit payments for accuracy against expected values

Investigate discrepancies for resolution Communicate internally and externally to resolve issues

Prepare reports for management on an as-needed basis Performs other related duties as assigned Evaluate, Improve and Implement Standard Operating Procedures as related to increase efficiencies Requirements Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Excellent organization skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines The ability to combine your passion for detail with an understanding of the big picture Comfortable learning new systems Aptitude to work in a team and independently, as needed A process-oriented thinker A numbers person Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel/spreadsheets Salesforce/CRM experience preferred Required Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related Experience Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, finance, accounting, data analytics, or related field preferred At least two years of experience in business operations, finance, or similar; experience in technology and telecom is a plus Certifications/experience in Excel/spreadsheets, Salesforce/CRM, and other data analysis tools, a plus Physical Job Requirements (with/ without reasonable accommodations) This position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position (standing and/or seated) all of the time This position operates machinery and/or equipment that requires the constant use of hands/fingers/wrists (ex: typing) all of the time This position requires the ability to spend all of the time viewing computer monitors. In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the expected salary range for this position is $55,000 - $80,000 annually. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
