Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs.

  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to guide treatment plans.

  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on achieving client-specific goals through tailored interventions.

  • Ensure timely mandated reporting and adherence to regulatory requirements, maintaining ethical standards across all interactions.
  • \n
  • Document clinical notes and treatment progress accurately in electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with best practices.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and share client insights, enhancing treatment outcomes.
  • \n
  • Engage in continuous professional development, including attending workshops and pursuing ongoing training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to address their concerns and achieve improved mental well-being. Your experience will be invaluable in understanding and addressing the unique factors contributing to each client’s situation.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in a mental health discipline such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.
  • \n
  • Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
  • \n
  • A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling, preferably in outpatient settings.
  • \n
  • Proficient in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation and client management.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong capacity for connecting with and supporting clients from varied backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Three or more years of experience in outpatient mental health care.
  • \n
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and multi-disciplinary collaboration.
  • \n
  • Experience providing therapy to marginalized populations and a commitment to cultural competence in treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, employees benefit from:
