We’re seeking a full‑time studio manager to join our leadership team in Culebra Commons. If you are confident, self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and love helping others feel their best, this is the perfect job for you. What You’ll Be Doing Leading a consistently high‑performing team that wants to win. You’ll be a hands‑on role model for your staff, providing continuous feedback. Working with guests all the time. This is not a non‑selling “office” job. Minding the details, delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a fun, professional environment. What You Need to Bring Proven experience leading a team to consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals. A strong sense of urgency balanced with the innate desire to inspire people. Open availability, as locations open early and close late 7 days a week. A history of excellence – a life story that shows you’re never satisfied with “just OK”.
