Licensed Insurance Agent

Davis Family Financial is growing and currently hiring licensed insurance agents to support our expanding client base. This position focuses on helping individuals and families better understand their financial options through guided conversations and structured support. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, want to develop professional skills, and are looking for a long-term career path in financial services. What You’ll Do Meet with clients virtually to understand their financial goals Walk clients through basic financial concepts and available solutions Assist in implementing appropriate financial strategies based on client needs Maintain ongoing client communication and follow-ups Participate in training and skill development sessions Work alongside experienced team members to build client relationships Training & Support No prior experience is required, insurance experience preferred. You'll receive structured training designed to help you develop confidence working with clients and understanding financial services. Ongoing mentorship and support are provided as you progress. Compensation This is a performance-based role, with income tied to client activity and production. Schedule This position is structured as a full-time role. Scheduling flexibility may be available as you progress in training and licensing. Licensing Requirement A state financial services license is required for this role. The company provides guidance and support throughout the licensing process.
