SERVICE TECHNICIAN - POSITION DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for repairing malfunctioning fitness equipment. This is a full-time hourly position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose problems with and repair malfunctioning exercise equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Prepare and follow through with paperwork related to billing for service work.
- Manage inventory levels accurately and appropriately.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of service industry experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Ability to act and operate independently to accomplish objectives while taking accountability for work product.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent driving record.
- Ability to safely lift, move or slide up to 100 lbs.
