This is an excellent opportunity to provide high quality, primary care in skilled nursing facilities while enjoying a schedule that offers meaningful patient interactions, dedicated administrative time, and a strong interdisciplinary support team.

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
