- What you'll do: Win new business in light industrial staffing (manufacturing, logistics, warehouse)
- Where: Territory-based (Olive Branch & Memphis)
- Travel: Daily in-field client visits
- Compensation: $65K-$75K base + commission (OTE $80K-$100K)
- Experience level: 2+ years B2B outside sales
- Prospect and win new clients across manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse sectors.
- Own the full sales cycle - from first outreach to signed deals to account growth
- Build consultative relationships by solving workforce and staffing challenges
- Deliver targeted presentations that convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Travel daily within your territory to meet decision-makers face-to-face
- Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently hit monthly revenue targets.
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (services-based sales)
- Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close deals
- Self-starter who thrives without daily oversight
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Light Industrial or staffing sales experience
- Existing network in Memphis / Olive Brancch manufacturing or logistics.
- Experience selling into production or warehouse environments.
- Base salary: $65,000-$75,000
- OnTarget Earnings: $80,000-$100,000 (uncapped commission)
- Additional incentives: Car and trip incentives
