Biogensys is currently hiring for the role of Housing Inspectors III in Newark, NJ. The inspectors will be responsible for physically inspecting rental properties to ensure compliance with maintenance codes, maintaining rental property files, and processing license applications and renewals. Additional responsibilities include assessing damage to residences and documenting findings with extensive knowledge of construction techniques.
