Sr Admin Coordinator (Onsite)

Responsibilities Maintain and manage Tax Calendar to ensure all returns are completed by staff within filing deadlines Complete the monthly roll over Tax Calendar Process tax returns by attaching required schedules and forms and making necessary copies, import returns into document storage, and mark off the calendar Mail tax returns and other filings and correspondence, including certified mail requirements Sort and distribute incoming mail Maintain Tax Notice Control Log: routing notices to the appropriate team member and ensuring notices are completed and finalized Maintain and manage documents for the electronic document storage system Manage archiving and record-keeping of tax returns and documents with offsite storage facility Coordinate obtaining signatures from officers on tax returns and reports Write and maintain policies and procedures for review and approval by Tax Department Management Coordinate/assist with other projects as needed Education/Experience 3 to 5 years’ office administrative experience Prior Tax Department experience is preferred Knowledge/Skills Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills, discretion and diplomacy when working with others at all levels of management; pro-active thinker, positive attitude, maintain confidentiality Ability to handle multiple projects and shift priorities to meet deadlines Ability to handle stress while operating with a sense of urgency and using good judgment Overtime may be required during peak times Maintain high degree of professionalism Software Proficiency in Excel and Word required Benefits And Compensation Take great care of the patient, every day and every way.
