What You'll Do Planning and distribution of discipline‑specific work; adherence to schedule and budget on projects. Assisting in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation. Assisting with development of scope of work and level of effort for projects and/or assignments within discipline. Overseeing completeness and accuracy of project team’s work within the technical discipline and guiding/mentoring team to overall project objectives. Coordinating technical aspects of project with client counterpart and teaming partners at staff level for work within discipline. Working closely with other disciplines on multi‑discipline projects. Performing other duties as assigned. What You'll Need Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 6 years of relevant experience. Master’s degree in Engineering and 5 years of relevant experience. PhD in Engineering and 4 years of relevant experience. What You'll Bring Understanding the impacts of decisions on technical design and work planning. Coordinating work planning and design effectively across multiple technical disciplines. Preparing high‑quality deliverables that are on time, within budget and scope. What We Prefer NYSDOT, MTA and PANYNJ project experience. Design‑Build experience. 8 years relevant experience. Professional Engineer (PE) certification in NY and/or NJ.
