The mission of this role
As a Systems Administrator, you will help facilitate our growth and continue our success. True Vet Solutions is seeking a motivated, hard-working Systems Administrator to help support our infrastructure and assist in the maintenance of our organization.

What you'll own

• Will be the company lead into transitioning and maintaining Superhuman Docs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards to maintain the organization’s integrity and accountability.
• Management of Microsoft 365 Permissions.

Requirements

• Available Monday–Friday, core hours in a U.S. time zone.
• Occasional weekends may be required.

• Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology , Computer Science, or related field preferred.  Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of experience administering Coda, Notion, SharePoint, or similar collaboration/workflow platforms.
• Strong customer service orientation and follow-through mentality.
• Experience managing user permissions, workspaces, and system configurations.
• Experience building business workflows, databases, automations, and dashboards.
• Experience supporting end users and troubleshooting system issues.
• Experience with Keap and Gusto would be a bonus.
