This hands‑on role is ideal for a professional who enjoys managing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and at the highest quality. What You’ll Do Supervise all on‑site construction activities and field personnel. Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality expectations. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors. Maintain a safe job site in compliance with OSHA and company safety policies. Review and fully understand project plans, drawings, and specifications. Track project progress, provide regular updates, and communicate issues to management. Lead daily site meetings and resolve operational challenges as they arise. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all project activities. What We’re Looking For Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in multifamily construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and applicable building codes. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and on budget. Experience with construction management software is a plus.
