Legal Counsel
Stone Management
Financial Services firm seeks an in house counsel to support their growing structured finance/CMBS business.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for in-house legal matters including reviewing offering and transaction documents and articulating any legal or credit concerns that emerge
- Identifying and evaluating the potential credit impact of transaction and loan structures
- Liaising with external legal counsel
Qualifications
- J.D. qualified to practice law in NY State
- 5+ years' legal work experience
- MUST HAVE experience working in Structured finance, CMBS or commercial real estate transactions.
