Caregiver Supervisor

Overview Christian Care Fellowship Square of Mesa is looking for a Caregiver Supervisor. The purpose of this position is to provide a broad range of support services to our Assisted Living residents. The role involves supervision of Certified Caregivers while also performing regular caregiver duties. Responsibilities Monitor and administer prescribed medications to patients. Maintain medical records. Perform welfare checks on patients. Order and complete medication records. Provide physical assistance, laundry, bedding, and light housekeeping. Partner with other associates to ensure safety and well‑being. Maintain a positive can‑do attitude. Communicate compassionately and work as part of a team. Qualifications Arizona Caregiver certification required (company will pay for certification). Background check, DPS Fingerprint Card, current TB test, Food Handlers Card, and pass drug screening. Must have current Adult CPR and Basic First Aid Training. Minimum of HS diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years' experience in an assisted living setting with at least 1 year supervisory experience.
