Grievance Coordinator

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Grievance Coordinator will review and investigate member complaints within the Medicare Grievances Program, ensuring resolution in accordance with organizational and regulatory guidelines. Key responsibilities Conduct thorough investigations into member complaints and achieve resolutions through action and education Perform root cause analysis on escalated grievances to identify underlying issues Document investigations and maintain accurate records of actions taken and resolutions provided Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 1+ years of related work experience or relevant knowledge and skills Ability to maintain high ethical standards and demonstrate good critical thinking Strong investigatory skills with the ability to assess risk and respond appropriately Organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume environment
