Salt Lake City Metro Sales Representative About Lugg Lugg lets you move anything, anytime, anywhere - think Uber, but for movers and furniture delivery. We're looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help expand Lugg's footprint across the Salt Lake City metro area . This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in the field, and is excited about bringing same-day delivery solutions to local businesses. What You'll Do Drive local growth by visiting retail stores, apartment complexes, storage facilities, nurseries, and furniture outlets to introduce Lugg. Sell with confidence by pitching Lugg's benefits through in-person presentations and tailored outreach. Build relationships with business owners, managers, and staff - becoming their go-to resource for fast, reliable delivery. Nurture leads through follow-ups and regular check-ins to convert interest into active usage. What We're Looking For Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or a customer-facing role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter with a strong work ethic and results-driven attitude Organized and detail-oriented Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle Spanish fluency is a big plus! Full-time, contract-to-hire (1-month contract followed by full-time W-2 employment with benefits) Mileage reimbursed at $0.76/mile Health benefits and commission opportunities after full-time conversion Why Lugg We're transforming how people move large items - from furniture and appliances to anything else that won't fit in a car.
