Job Description IDS is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer – Journeyman, for ADG Creative, an IDS subsidiary, to support user experience strategy, design system development, and delivery of high-quality user‑centered design solutions. This role involves designing intuitive, scalable interfaces and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve user experience across complex systems. Key Duties Implements UX strategy and vision across a large portfolio, ensuring consistent and high-quality user experiences Maintains a comprehensive design system to drive consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products Supports design activities including workshops and design sprints to enhance collaboration across teams Assists with user research, creates user journey maps, and develops wireframes and high‑fidelity prototypes Advocates for end‑users by identifying workflows, pain points, and needs to inform design solutions Follows UX design processes and applies Human‑Centered Design principles within Agile environments Performs other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR Associate’s degree or High School Diploma with 7 years of experience Minimum 3 years of experience (aligned to the education substitution structure above) Portfolio required Compensation $100,000k - $110,000k Benefits Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position.
