Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active state license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• NBCOT certification.
• Occupational therapist license.
• Driver's license with picture identification.
• Background check.
• Drug test.
• Tuberculosis test records.
• Hepatitis vaccine record.
• Influenza vaccine or declination.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1630.
