MRI Technologist

Location: Tuba City, Arizona

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 4/10s Tuesday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM.

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled MRI Technologist to provide general MRI and MRA procedures as needed to maintain optimal patient flow. The ideal candidate will be part of a diverse healthcare community, offering services to a broad population.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI and MRA procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
• Ensure optimal patient flow through efficient preparation and execution of imaging procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and imaging reports.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.
• Manage MRI equipment and assist in maintaining imaging quality standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Successfully completed radiology training from an AMA approved school of Radiology.
• Current Arizona State License in Radiology and MRI.
• Current ARRT Certification in Radiology RT(R) and MRI (MR).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in MRI procedures.
• Experience with a PACS/RIS system, email, and general computer programs.
