Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dover, NH, for a Direct Support Professional. The role involves engaging with adults with disabilities to provide support in daily living activities, skill-building, and community involvement. Responsibilities include implementing individualized support plans, assisting with personal care and health needs, ensuring safety, and fostering meaningful relationships and opportunities for independence. Qualifications Background in Human Services and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and team members Experience or knowledge in working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities Ability to provide training and guidance tailored to individuals' unique needs Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving Flexibility to adapt to shifting responsibilities and priorities in a dynamic environment High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in human services or related fields are a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required #J-18808-Ljbffr Great Bay Services
