Title - Training Coordinator
Location - Sturtevant, WI
Duration - 6+ months
Hours - Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay Rate - $22/HR Responsible for the design and development of company training programs. Monitor and report program effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period and for career development. Qualifications include: Undergraduate Degree or Certificate; Demonstrated experience in developing training plans, manuals, and programs; and Understanding of adult learning principles.
