Oncology Business Manager (GI) - Great Lakes District

AstraZeneca

AstraZeneca seeks an Oncology Business Manager for the Great Lakes district to lead gastrointestinal oncology sales performance and manage a team of Account Specialists across a six-state region. The role requires driving tumor-focused strategy execution, cross-functional collaboration, and ethical leadership while residing within the designated geography.

Responsibilities

Drive geography sales performance through tumor business priorities and geo-level execution
Lead and mentor Oncology Account Specialists with focus on account planning and skill development
Identify educational needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams on resource allocation
Ensure business conduct oversight, compliance training, and ethical standards across team

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
5+ years pharmaceutical sales or healthcare-related experience
Valid driver's license and safe driving record
Direct or indirect people leadership experience
Residence near major airport in ND, SD, NE, MN, WI, IL, or IA
Preferred: 3+ years oncology sales leadership experience
Preferred: 8+ years pharmaceutical sales background
