Qualifications - Room Attendant
- Positive, friendly attitude with a genuine desire to help create a great guest experience.
- Reliable and dependable , with good attendance and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail , noticing small things that make a room feel clean and inviting.
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated throughout the shift.
- Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs, push housekeeping carts, bend, reach, and stand/walk for long periods.
- Willingness to learn cleaning procedures, brand standards, and WHM expectations.
- Good communication skills , especially when working with supervisors and team members.
- Comfortable interacting with guests in a warm and respectful manner.
- Previous housekeeping experience is helpful , but not required-training is provided.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
