Civil Engineer - Land Development

The role involves preparing site development plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, focusing on grading, drainage, and stormwater management. The engineer will coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies to move projects from early planning through final design. Requirements Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in civil site design or land development. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and experience with various development project types are required.
