Join Our Team as a Registered DietitianMake a difference in the lives of our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Registered Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary care team at our skilled nursing and long-term care facility. In this role, you'll play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through nutrition planning, assessment, and education.What You'll Do:Complete nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for residentsMonitor and document residents' nutritional status and adjust plans as neededCollaborate with nursing, dietary, and medical staff to ensure comprehensive careProvide in-service education and training to dietary staff on best practicesEnsure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulationsParticipate in care plan meetings and quality improvement initiativesWhat We're Looking For:Current Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) license in IllinoisExperience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferredStrong communication, organization, and documentation skillsKnowledge of MDS and regulatory requirements (CMS, DOH, etc.)Passion for improving the health and well-being of elderly residentsWhy Join Us?Be part of a collaborative and resident-centered teamMake a meaningful impact every dayEnjoy a stable, full-time position with supportive leadershipJob Type: Full-timeLocation: Chicago, ILCompensation: Competitive, based on experienceBenefits: Health insurance, paid time off, 401(k), and more for eligible employees
