About the Role

As Senior Manager, Market Growth & Operations, you will run and grow a Home Instead market. You will own its P&L, growth strategy, day-to-day performance, and local team—acting as both the business leader and the person who makes progress happen.

This is a highly hands-on, field-based role. You will personally build referral relationships, generate new business, lead the local operation, and solve problems as they arise. You will lead a multidisciplinary frontline team, help build the local talent bench, and set a high bar for performance, accountability, and client experience.

Your work will directly shape business results: growth, client engagement and retention, Care Professional retention, and quality. You will have the data and operating context to understand what is driving those outcomes—from P&L and territory analytics to referral strategy, workforce planning, and recruiting performance—and the ownership to act on what you find.

You will work in a lean, fast-moving environment with meaningful ownership and high visibility. Your market will be a proving ground for new approaches to care delivery and operations; you will test ideas in the field, refine repeatable playbooks, and feed what you learn back to Honor’s broader O&O business.

This is one of Honor’s most execution-intensive leadership roles. High performers will build the operating range and business judgment needed for broader multi-territory, regional, or cross-functional leadership opportunities.

Most importantly, this role sits at the intersection of business performance and meaningful human impact. You will lead a team that helps older adults remain safe, supported, and independent at home.

This role is hybrid, based in Bernalillo County with 75%+ of your time spent in the field developing the market and driving new business. Compensation includes base salary plus uncapped commission, with expected annual OTE of $182,700–$203,000 .

If successful, you will:

• Deliver sustainable growth in hours, revenue, and client retention.
• Build a strong, self-generated referral pipeline and improve conversion through start of care.
• Run a reliable, high-quality local operation.
• Develop an accountable, capable territory team.
• Improve how Honor operates by turning market insight and data into better playbooks.

You will do this by:

• Owning the territory P&L, priorities, and business performance.
• Personally driving local business development: building healthcare and community partnerships, generating referrals, and owning the sales cycle from lead generation through conversion.
• Leading day-to-day operations across client service, scheduling, and care delivery, with a focus on client experience and execution quality.
• Managing and developing the local team, setting a high bar for ownership, performance, and accountability.
• Using data and firsthand market knowledge to diagnose problems, prioritize action, and improve results.
• Building the operating rhythms, reporting, and playbooks that make strong performance repeatable.

What you’ll bring:

Experience

• 7+ years of experience building and scaling operations, with direct ownership of frontline teams or service delivery.
• Experience succeeding in an ambiguous, early-stage, or 0-to-10 environment—where growth requires experimentation, sound judgment, persistence, and a willingness to build without an existing playbook.
• Experience managing people to measurable business results.
• Ability to spend four to five days per week in the field.
