Recruiting Specialist

Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR & Recruiting Specialist to join our team! The Recruiting & HR Specialist is responsible for leading local recruitment efforts while supporting core human resources functions across Prairie Band, LLC and its subsidiary companies. This role will manage the full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on building strong local talent pipelines, while also serving as a backup to benefits administration and assisting with day-to-day HR operations. This position plays a key role in attracting, engaging, and retaining talent, while ensuring HR processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with applicable policies and regulations. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for assigned positions, with a focus on local and regional hiring needs Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and workforce planning Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates Source candidates through job boards, community outreach, colleges, and local partnerships Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and provide hiring recommendations Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and offer processes Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and pre-employment activities (background checks, drug screens, etc.) Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for #J-18808-Ljbffr
