Operations Manager

Location: Excelsior, MN (Remote option available) Pay: $20/hour Commitment: 7–10 hours/week (varies throughout the year) About Many Hands Many Meals (MHMM) We’re a nonprofit dedicated to fighting world hunger through community‑driven meal‑packing events. What You’ll Do As Operations Manager, you’ll be the hub of our mission—coordinating events, managing relationships, and supporting marketing and financial processes. Key responsibilities include:

• Organize meal packing events (public & private) and handle logistics, volunteer registration, and outreach
• Collaborate with distributors for meal distribution
• Support the Board with fundraising, grant applications, reports and onboarding
• Manage payments and donor/sponsor records
• Represent MHMM at community meetings and create social media/newsletter content

• Passion for addressing world hunger
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Excellent communication and relationship management
• Tech‑savvy (apps, websites, social media, databases)
• Location: Excelsior, MN - Hybrid role with flexibility. Work remotely most of the time, with occasional in‑person participation for community packing events and monthly Chamber meetings.
