Certified Athletic TrainerWe are seeking a certified athletic trainer to join our team at StretchLab Hill Country in Kyle, TX. In this role, you will deliver exceptional one-on-one assisted stretching sessions, helping clients enhance their mobility, prevent injuries, and achieve their wellness goals. As a key member of our team, you will also have the opportunity to lead guided group stretching classes, providing expert care in a supportive and engaging environment. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.00 to $24.00, paid bi-weekly.ResponsibilitiesProvide personalized, one-on-one assisted stretching sessions tailored to individual client needs.Lead engaging guided group stretching classes that promote flexibility, mobility, and injury prevention.Develop and implement client-specific stretching plans based on assessments and goals.Maintain detailed client records to track progress and adapt treatments accordingly.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.Adhere to all company policies, professional standards, and safety protocols.RequirementsCertification as an athletic trainer is required.Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and injury prevention techniques.A minimum of 2 years experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with clients.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.Previous experience in assisted stretching or related fields such as physical therapy, chiropractic, yoga, or pilates is a plus.BenefitsCompetitive pay ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.Opportunities for professional growth and development through proprietary training programs.Supportive work environment with access to a team of highly skilled stretching professionals.Chance to make a meaningful impact on clients’ health and wellness.About the CompanyFounded in 2015 in Venice Beach, California, and headquartered in Irvine, California, StretchLab is a subsidiary of Xponential Fitness, the world’s largest boutique fitness franchisor with more than 3,150 studios across 49 U.S. states and 27 countries.
