CDR ProSource is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our woodworking production team in Bristol, IN . In this role, you will inspect wood panels before shipment to ensure they meet company quality, accuracy, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect wood panels for defects, accuracy, and overall quality before shipment.
• Scan, document, and separate products that do not meet quality standards.
• Communicate quality issues to production leads and assist with corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
• Ensure all finished products are properly inspected and approved for shipment.
• Follow all company safety policies and quality control procedures.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

Qualifications

• Previous quality control or inspection experience preferred, but motivated candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify imperfections or defects.
• Good communication skills and a strong teamwork mindset.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
