Feed Mill Supervisor

Job Description

We are working with an ag company that is seeking a Feed Mill Supervisor . Looking for someone with prior milling or grain elevator experience capable of hitting-the-ground-running. Feed Mill SupervisorResponsibilities:

• Help establish company goals for Preventative Maintenance and Production
• Oversee production, calculate feed rations, schedule deliveries, etc.
• Manage a crew of 5+ employees
• Maintain and repair mechanical issues within the mill
• Utilize company resources

Feed Mill Supervisor Requirements:

• 2+ years management experience
• Prior experience within a milling or grain elevator setting
• Ability to train and manage crew
• Strong mechanical/maintenance background with the ability to troubleshoot

Pay: $55k-$70K
