• Identify, attract, and engage high-quality Dutch-speaking candidates.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate negotiations, and offer management.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
• Provide regular recruitment updates to the management team.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a freelance role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage recruitment projects remotely.
• Proficient in using recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and adaptable to changing needs and challenges.
