Job Purpose The Finance Business Partner role involves empowering strategic decision-making through tools, forecasting models, and reports that simplify FP&A analysis, serving as a trusted strategic advisor to leaders. Responsibilities Develop FP&A acumen with leaders through hands-on decision support, coaching, and storytelling. Assess and anticipate decision makers’ needs, building close partnerships with executives and stakeholders. Provide in-depth support to executive decision makers, including risk mitigation and performance monitoring. Support budgeting, business case development, and performance course correction. Equip leaders with tooling, reports, and dashboards for evidence-based decisions. Drive adoption of decision support tools through tailored functionality and stakeholder engagement. Requirements 7+ years of corporate FP&A experience, with a background in accounting and progression into FP&A. Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and understanding of P&L, KPIs, and reporting methodologies. Strategic thinking, business acumen, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with digital tools: Excel (PowerQuery, PowerPivot, DAX), PowerBI or similar. Experience in coaching, problem-solving, and building stakeholder relationships. Ability to work on a team using agile principles. Education Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. Additional Details Full-time, remote role with a salary range of $102,000-$112,000, plus benefits. A cover letter and resume are required. Background checks will be conducted.
