Commercial Loan Administrative Specialist
Tompkins Bank & Trust
Tompkins Bank & Trust seeks an organized Administrative Assistant to support Senior Officers and Commercial Lending Officers. You will handle a range of confidential duties, coordinate loan closings, manage calendars, arrange travel, and prepare reports.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least three years’ related experience, strong communication, proofreading and data-management skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel and Lotus Notes.
