.NET web Developer IV

Madison, WI

Candidates MUST be WI residents or willing to relocate to WI at their own expense prior to starting. This position can work 100% remotely (within the state of WI).

Candidates must already be a CURRENT resident of Wisconsin. No relocation is allowed. 100% remote work is an option. Can accommodate if candidate wants to work onsite in Madison. There will be occasional (potentially twice a month) weekend or evening work, but this is not an on-call position.

  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing web-based applications using the .NET framework to support business requirements. Includes the use of related development technologies such as ASP.NET , MVC, .NET CORE, and supported programming languages (e.g., C#, C++, bootstrap) and scripting languages (e.g., TypeScript, JavaScript).
  • Experience with ASP.net and SSRS reporting.
  • Requires a bachelor's or associate degree in area of specialty or 5-8+ years of experience in the field or a related area.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and best use of judgment and diplomacy.
  • Experience with SQL Server and relational databases.
  • This position requires knowledge of secure software development frameworks, including NIST 800-218 SSDF and ISO 27034 to ensure the delivery of secure and compliant systems.
  • Experience ensuring enforcement and advancement of security and DevSecOps standards through secure development practices, vulnerability remediation prioritization, automated testing, performance monitoring, and compliance with organizational security frameworks.
