Job Description:** Ohio Audiology Associates in North Canton, OH, is hiring a full-time Patient Care Coordinator.

The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) is the face of the clinic and the patient's guide throughout his or her journey to better hearing. This includes providing a professional and inviting front office experience, managing the clinic schedule and patient accounts, maintaining patient records, organizing special events, leading retention efforts and more. The PCC is an essential component of the Clinic Team and a steward of its resources.

[Place phone call reminders to patients scheduled as needed and those who did not show or cancelled their appointments to reschedule.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[Facilitate a concierge-level patient experience in the front office.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[Keep office neat, clean and current.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[Prepare coffee as needed.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[Review electronic form submissions for upcoming patient appointments using company checklist and print or move documents to appropriate folders in patient record.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[Administer patient intake forms at check-in, if electronic submissions were not submitted. Review and update patient management system as needed.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
