Physical Therapist, Outpatient (Evening Shift)ARMStaffing is looking for a Physical Therapist, Outpatient (Evening Shift) in Wellington, Florida.Location: Wellington, FLAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule/Shift: Evening shift, typically from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, 5 days a week.Job Description: The Physical Therapist will evaluate assigned patients, develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction. The role includes the delegation and direction of specific therapy services while ensuring effective functional treatment programs for patients returning to community activities. This position also involves educating patients, families, students, and coworkers, along with performing professional duties related to patient care and developing therapy services.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations for assigned patients.Utilize clinical reasoning to create and implement treatment plans focused on patient discharge goals.Document in medical records clearly and accurately, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and insurance regulations.Participate in student programs, providing guidance and supervision as necessary.Engage in professional development activities, including continuing education and self-study.Adhere to the discipline-specific State Practice Act.Understand and contribute to organizational performance improvement initiatives.Required ExperienceDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.Current CPR certification.Active and applicable state licensure as a Physical Therapist.Certifications/LicensureValid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.About ARMStaffing: Founded in 2011 and a member of the ARGroup, LLC, ARMStaffing connects dedicated nurses and allied health professionals with the facilities that need them most.
