The hourly rate for this position is $17.00 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

• 6:30 AM - 2:00 PM
• 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

About the Role

Do you enjoy researching, solving problems, and paying close attention to detail? Are you naturally curious and comfortable using computers to find information?

We're seeking Research Associates to support the authentication and grading process for sports cards, trading cards, and collectibles. In this role, you'll research product information, verify details, and help ensure every item is accurately documented before moving through the grading process.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity! No previous collectibles experience is required-we're willing to train candidates who are computer savvy, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoy researching information.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Research product information using internal databases and approved online resources.
• Verify item details and compare information for accuracy and consistency.
• Enter and update information within company systems.
• Identify discrepancies and communicate findings to team members.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting daily productivity goals.
• Follow established procedures and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with operations teams to support the authentication process.
• Keep work organized while handling multiple items throughout the day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply-we provide training.
• Comfortable using computers, navigating multiple websites, and learning new software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to research information efficiently and accurately.
• Dependable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.

Preferred

• Experience with data entry, administrative support, retail, customer service, inventory, warehouse, or quality control.
• Interest in sports cards, Pokémon, trading card games, collectibles, or memorabilia.
• Experience conducting internet research or using multiple computer applications.
