JOB SUMMARY Leadfull-cycle recruitment for multiple locations, partnering with hiring managersand executive leadership to identify staffing needs and develop effectiverecruiting strategies. Source,screen, interview, and selected qualified candidates using job boards, socialmedia, networking, employee referrals, and community partnerships. Buildand maintain robust talent pipelines to support high-volume hiring needs andreduce time-to-fill across key positions. Managethe end-to-end hiring process, including candidate outreach, interviews, offerpreparation, background checks, and onboarding coordination. Deliveran exceptional candidate experience by communicating role expectations,compensation, benefits, and career growth opportunities throughout therecruitment process. Coordinateinterview schedules, facilitate hiring manager feedback, and ensure timelyhiring decisions while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Monitorrecruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health,retention, and hiring effectiveness, to improve recruitment outcomes andworkforce planning. Strengthenemployer branding through community outreach, networking events, and strategicrecruitment initiatives to attract top talent. Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to evaluate and improve recruiting processes,increase hiring efficiency, and support organizational growth. Managemultiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy,organization, and a high level of customer service.
