Responsibilities Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention throughout the home Perform light housekeeping Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being Transport clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed Requirements Previous caregiving, home care, or personal care aide experience required Genuine compassion, patience, and reliability when working with elderly or disabled clients Ability to work weekend shifts consistently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Strong communication skills and a professional, trustworthy demeanor CNA, HHA, or similar certification is a plus but not required About Us FirstLight Home Care of Naperville is a trusted provider of non-medical in-home care services for seniors, adults with disabilities, and those recovering from illness or surgery in the Naperville, IL area.
