The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the warehouse team, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to safety standards. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, this role involves coordinating logistics, supervising staff, and maintaining quality control during standard weekday shifts. The supervisor utilizes warehouse management software alongside manual tracking to manage inventory and streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory accuracy and control through WMS and manual tracking
• Supervise and lead a small team of warehouse staff (under 5)
• Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Coordinate logistics including shipping, receiving, and load/unload trucks
• Maintain quality control standards across warehouse operations
• Conduct staff training to improve performance and compliance
• Oversee order fulfillment ensuring timely and accurate shipments
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in inventory management and quality control
• Strong leadership skills with team supervision experience
• Knowledge of safety compliance standards and enforcement
• Expertise in logistics coordination
• Effective problem solving, communication, and time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift Operator Certification
