What we’re looking for:
- Active TX Speech Language Pathologist License
- Experience in pediatric or elementary school settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs
- Commitment to maintaining detailed and accurate records
- A collaborative mindset and a dedication to student achievement
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting screenings, evaluations, and assessments of elementary-aged students
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Delivering direct and consultative speech-language services onsite
- Keeping parents and staff informed on student progress and strategies
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to support educational goals
- Staying up-to-date with best practices and compliance requirements for school-based SLPs
