People Operations Partner

To support a growing non-profit organization, the full-time remote People Operations Partner will manage end-to-end recruitment, strengthen HR operations, and enhance employee experience while collaborating with the Senior Director of People & Operations. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles while building and maintaining talent pipelines Partner with managers on day-to-day people operations, supporting performance management and fostering a positive staff experience Manage HR documentation, payroll inputs, and compliance activities, ensuring operational excellence in HR processes Required Qualifications MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline 4.5-7 years of HR experience with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering Experience hiring for startups, healthcare, technology, social enterprises, or non-profit organizations Hands-on experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and HR analytics tools Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
