Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time
Location: Many, LA (Sabine Retirement – (Skilled Nursing Facility)

Diamond Rehab is seeking a qualified and motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position at Sabine Retirement, a skilled nursing facility in Many, LA. Join a supportive team focused on delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Provide patient and family education
Qualifications: Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
(or graduating within six (6) months)
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
Current or eligible for Louisiana state licensure
