We're currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused Pest Control Specialist to join our Residential Services team. What You’ll Do Perform residential pest control services in accordance with company standards and state regulations. Inspect homes and identify pest activity, entry points, and conducive conditions. Educate homeowners on treatment plans, prevention methods, and service recommendations. Apply pest control products safely and effectively. Complete service documentation accurately using the company software. Build strong customer relationships through professionalism, communication, and reliability. Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and inventory. What We’re Looking For Excellent customer service and communication skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and manage a daily route. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
