About The Position Join our dynamic team as an Installer in our Prefabrication Shop and play a vital role in bringing innovative construction projects to life! In this energetic position, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and verifying prefabricated components with precision and efficiency. Entry level candidates welcome to apply. Has a growth mindset and is always looking to continually learn and grow. Day in the Life Assemble prefabricated parts according to detailed blueprints and technical specifications. Install prefabricated components on-site or within designated areas, ensuring proper fit and alignment. Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues. Conduct quality inspections throughout the installation process to identify and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including inspection reports and installation logs. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Trade school diploma/certification preferred. Ability to work as a team with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
