Remote Licensed Therapist - Pennsylvania
1099 Independent Contractor | Flexible Full-Time or Part-Time We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our growing integrative mental health practice serving adolescents and adults across Pennsylvania. This is a fully remote, 1099 contractor role offering flexible scheduling, competitive hourly reimbursement, and the opportunity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team. Our clinicians work with individuals presenting with complex mental health concerns, trauma, and co-occurring disorders , often requiring thoughtful collaboration with psychiatric providers and other members of our integrative care team. What You'll Do

What You'll Do
- Provide telehealth psychotherapy services to adolescents and adults in Pennsylvania
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches tailored to each client
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers and members of the integrative care team when clinically appropriate
- Maintain ethical, timely clinical documentation and treatment planning in accordance with insurance payer requirements , as our practice is in-network with commercial insurance plans
- Participate in consultation and collaborative care when needed
- Active clinical license in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Reliable private home office space suitable for confidential telehealth sessions
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
- Higher levels of care ( PHP, IOP, residential, hospital settings )
- Co-occurring disorders , including substance use and eating disorders
- Experience collaborating with psychiatric providers and multidisciplinary teams
- Working with adolescents and adults
- EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
- ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention)
- Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) or other psychedelic-assisted therapy training
- Additional trauma-focused or specialized modalities
