Relationship Banker Swing The Relationship Banker Swing role offers a blend of teller line transactions and desk‑based customer interaction. You will handle a variety of daily banking tasks, engage customers face‑to‑face, and help meet our retail banking center goals. Responsibilities Provide friendly and accurate financial transactions to customers. Receive deposits, process cash checks, issue withdrawals, and record deposits. Serve as the bank’s face, promoting core values and building strong customer relationships on the teller line and at the desk. Open accounts and contribute to the overall performance of the retail banking center. Qualifications Previous cash‑handling or sales experience with strong attention to detail. Capability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment. Passion for helping customers and providing needs‑based solutions face‑to‑face. Strong communication skills for both teller line and desk interactions. Motivation to start or re‑enter the banking industry. Benefits Robust medical, dental, and vision insurance packages.
