Job Description

Taylor Rental is looking for a dependable and organized Warehouse Crew Lead to join our team in Paso Robles, CA. In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, directing rental staff, and ensuring all rental jobs are properly prepared and executed from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, organize, and coordinate the warehouse rental crew on a daily basis

• Plan and assign tasks to staff to ensure efficient preparation of rental equipment and inventory

• Coordinate delivery schedules, dispatch drivers, and ensure on-time delivery and pickup of rental items

• Inspect and verify rental equipment before and after each job to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality

• Oversee the staging, loading, and organization of equipment for upcoming rental jobs

• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure proper storage of all rental items in the warehouse

• Communicate with customers and event coordinators regarding delivery timing, setup requirements, and logistics

• Train and mentor warehouse team members on proper procedures and safety standards

• Troubleshoot day-of logistics issues and adjust crew assignments as needed

• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, rental, or logistics environment required

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to lift up to 94 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift

• Valid driver's license; ability to operate a box truck or delivery vehicle is a plus

• Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and event days
